From out of the Highland mist stepped a lady. She seems to have a glow about her. She seems to have a wisdom about her. She seems to have a serenity about her. Her Life Rosemary, The Celtic Lady, as she calls herself, is a spiritualist, a Psychic medium and a minister of healing.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1962, she is part of the Mac Arthur clan on her mother's side and the Irish Hainey family on her dad's. Rosemary has always known she was different. "I am the only child of 13," she said. Her mother had 12 miscarriages before Rosemary was born a sign that Rosemary was going to be special.

At the age of five, Rosemary could see and feel things that  others couldn't. Although some other friends may have thought her a bit odd, it was pretty much old hat in her family.

Both sides of the family were sensitive to things the rest of the world rarely ever senses. For example, their backyard was always filled with sickly animals that neighbors and friends brought to her dad to cure, which he usually did.

At 10, Rosemary had a near death experience or NDE as it is called. The doctors told her parents she probably wouldn't live through the night. She remembers spirits coming towards her and a white light. But spirit told her to go back. It wasn't her time. "I'm going to be OK, " she told her dad after coming out of a stupor with a start, and she was.

At 13, she had another near death experience, this time it was a drowning accident, but again was brought back to this world with the help of an uncle who had passed before she was born.

At 36, she had her third NDE, but this time she had a choice, she could either stay in spirit or come back to this world. This time, she was the one who decided to come back. "No way," she said. It was only three days after giving birth to her daughter Danielle Rose, and there was no way she was leaving her alone.

Even though she was tempted to stay because the other world is full of love like you can't experience in this world," she explained. So Rosemary has no fear of passing over and this peace and this healing is what she wants to teach others to access within themselves.

She always knew she would move to America, which she did from 1986 to 1989, then back to Scotland because her father was ill, and then back to the USA in 1994. While in Scotland in 1991, Rosemary was bedridden for six months, and that's when she really started to do her serious spiritual work.

Her doctors couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with her. So, she was forced by spirit to accept her role as healer and minister to others, as well as healing herself in the process.

She remembers 16 past lives, but she knows she has had more than that. One of her past lives was as  a Native American shaman.

Joshua is Rosemary's spirit guide. A Psychic artist, Catherine Penn, drew a likeness of him four years ago in Fort Collins. Joshua, according to Rosemary, is very tall almost seven feet tall  very slender, with an orange, yellow glow surrounded by a white light.

In Rosemary's seminars, she teaches people how to bring balance into their lives, how to let go of fear and create love, peace and harmony, and also how to find your place in the universe.

Rosemary has traveled with her work through most of Europe and Rosemary has appeared on over 55 TV and Radio programs, including the "Rise and Shine Breakfast Show" with Al Johnson and "Adventures in Life" with Dr. Earl Beacher, both in California, as . well as "Off The Record" with Ted Loman in Arizona and "The Changing Paradigm," Excalibur the Sword" with David McMasters and Dr. Patricia Hill & Patricia Richardson all right here in Colorado.
