I am sorry I just didn't buy John Mark Karr as the killer!

Given I can not prove any of the following I shall throw out some likely scenarios that may lead a conscientious reporter or police office in the right direction.
However please note none of this can be taken as fact but more gut feeling based on my psychic ability.
John Mark Karr is under arrest for child porn in a dangerous foreign jail? He admits to a more serious crime so he can return to the USA. Then he has a defense of being forced to make a false confession.
Let's assume that the Jonbenets mother Patty and her father John and John Mark Karr were all trading kiddy porn! We have no proof of this but dressing Jonbenet up to look like a teenage model does make you wonder.
Patsy is terminally ill and Johnbenet and John Mark Karr decide on a plot to put the case to rest.
John Mark Karr decides to start sending out incriminating emails known fine well that they would likely cause an arrest.
Patsy passes on and the arrest happens as planned after a so called confession that John Mark claims to have killed jonbenet .
A uncorroborated witness magically appears after 10 years and places John Mark Karr in Boulder, sounds to good to be true. Interestingly even if John Mark Karr was in Boulder this proves nothing. The witness looks as if he may have an addiction therefore his credibility may well be questioned.
Let's assume John Mark Karr pleads to some child porn on his computer then incriminates Patsy by claiming she confessed to him and also that Johnbenet was not aware that Patsy killed jonbenet.
The case goes away as they can not prove Patsy is guilty, nor do they have enough to incriminate John Mark Karr as he recants on his coerced confession and they have nothing on Johnbenet Ramsey.
Case closed, plan complete and we are still not sure what happened to jonbenet.
Fact or fiction, either way this is a sad case of a beautiful girl murdered just when her life was just beginning.

This article was uploaded on Monday morning August 28th. Aol just released news on Monday evening August 28th that the case against John Mark Karr has been dropped due to a lack of DNA evidence.
John Mark Karr was involved however proving it is another issue.
I suspect John Mark Karr has been given money to take the heat... We shall see. |
