Why I asked Spirit to guide me to help you?
Over the years it has concerned me that virtually all my clients who are healers are getting sick? If existing methods of healing hands had reached its peak of learning, why was I seeing the same symptoms time after time?
Light workers symptoms you may be experiencing;
The one thing that seemed to be very obvious to myself and other light workers was the very definite symptoms our bodies experience as we go through the shift of vibration with the planet and also ourselves.
If you do not keep on top of clearing negative vibrations that come into your being and keep your own vibration within your being at the highest level that it can possibly be then this is what you will feel.
You may be having symptoms physically that will be very noticeable as you are empathically working with Mother Earth's energy and helping her to re-establish her balance.

The Alarm Bell Going Off
Pain in your hands, wrist, elbows shoulder are like your alarm bell going off, when the pain is there it is a way for you to physically notice that you are taking in the negative vibrations around you, do not allow this to go further into your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. It can be very debilitating, if the energy locks itself deeper into the organs, it can become a very serious problem for your well being.
In the workshop we will look at past life karma, we will find the root of the problem, that is causing you physical, spiritual, mental and emotional pain. It is amazing what you find when you truly listen to all of your bodies.
We will tap into all the bodies to help you release all that you should. You will learn to raise your vibration to the highest level that you can whilst you exist on this earth plain.
How Negative Energy Effects You
As you raise your vibration, when you take energy in you will sometimes experience nausea, it will become more pronounced as you get around people who are of a lower vibration, (or people who are very sick)
Also as a Light worker you will also have a noticeable lack of fear – remember you are holding a space for others to move into and vibrate with that is higher.
I work daily at keeping these symptoms out of my bodies and teach others to do the same.
For those of you who just need to heal yourselves first before you are ready to step into the active role of a healer, these may be some of the things you are experiencing.
