Fall River road splits after about 100 yards, take a right , this is Blue Spruce Drive, we are the 2nd house on your left just after.
From Denver International Airport (DIA):
Exit DIA on Pena Blvd.
Exit Pena Blvd on to E-470 TOLLWAY towards Fort Collins.
Take I-25 North (towards Fort Collins).
Exit on Hwy 66 west to Lyons (14 miles to Lyons).
Turn right on Hwy 36 in Lyons (20 Miles to Estes Park).
Continue straight through the second stoplight in Estes Park (McDonalds is on the corner) passing the Stanley Hotel. The road will curve to the west. You will be on Hwy 34 now.
As you enter Estes Park look for McDonalds and take W. Wonderview Ave at the stop lights, this road is about 2 miles long then becomes Fall River Road.
Follow this road for about another 2 miles then turn left on Fall River Court which is just after a pond on your left. "Look out for a gold leaf sign on the left that says Aspen Winds" this is the Fall River Court cut off.

From Loveland:
Take Hwy 34 west.
Continue on Hwy 34 thru Loveland to Estes Park.
